The beat is born, Oh! how it moves,
It dances too and fro
High hats of sound and melody
enable it to grow
The lights of pulsing harmony
Dance all along the walls
Electric rhythms and techno chimes
Ring forth through all the halls
As circuits touch, a wondrous sight,
The beat slows to a whisper
The DJ spins so delicately,
His movements getting crisper
Then just as fast as it slowed,
The beat drops all its worry
Its sound hits hard and remains again,
Pulsing in a hurry
So as the song comes toward the last
and as the beat will end
The dancers wait in anticipation
For the beat will rise again
The sorrowed poet

Description:
Not enough space for the comma after Rhythm :P
I, myself, am a huge fan of techno. Trance has to be my all time favorite genre of it but i also go for happy hardcore, jump-style, and house. I wrote this when I decided to try my hand at being all about techno. Music being a passion of mine also helped to spawn this poem.

- I really like this poem. Other poems i have read started off on one thing and then kind of changed topic but you stuck to your topic and used good wording. My boyfriend enjoys techno so i can understand a little where your coming from. You did a really nice job.
