Invisible

I am invisible
Invisible to everyone
No one will ever see me
If they won’t open up their eyes
No one will ever hear me
If they never want to
No one will ever understand me
If they never even try
So I will stay invisible
Invisible to the world
Until someone opens their eyes
Someone wants to hear my voice
And someone tries to understand me
I’m not that hard to figure out
But I guess I’m not worth it
Even if it takes only a little effort
To open up their eyes
To actually want to
And even just to try
No one wants to
So I guess this is goodbye…
