• * Quickly, quickly, run rabbit run.
Put down your carrot, pick up your gun.
The age of peace has passed away,
and the Gophers have got hell to pay.

The rabbits are coming at dawn to attack.
Bent on revenge, on getting us back
For a crime that we did not even commit.
They want a scapegoat, we're a good fit.

Those Gopher monsters, they sing the same song,
Chanting their mantra, "we've done nothing wrong!"
But we won't be fooled, our pain is our proof
our dead and our scars remind us of the truth.

The rabbits expect us to be on defense?
Well, they don't know what they're up against.
Their bunny bubble is 'bout to burst.
If they want war, we'll hit them first.

Bombs start flying, scarring the earth
people start wond'rin if the war's worth
the price. But the government pays them no mind.
They're thinking 'bout bombs of a nuclear kind.

Years later there's finally an end to the fight.
By now no one cares who's wrong and who's right.
No one recalls what the fight started for.
No one's around to recall anymore.
