thank you my friends,
you bring a smile to my face,
always reminding me that,
day by day i'm blessed by my lord's grace.

you're protective of your fiends,
they make you brave and strong,
but sadly in this world,
things can and will go wrong.

why must time go fast,
when we want it to slow,
this pain kills me inside,
i don't want you to go.

i wish our paths
would stay together,
and we'd get along,
now and forever.

high school never ends,
that's what they say,
but our time together counts down,
day by day.

i love you my friends,
i don't want you to go,
why must time go fast,
when we want it to slow.
