this reminds me of this guy i used to live with. he took me and my mom and brother and sis in off the streets.... he was like the grandfather i'd never have and he taught me so much... so many things.... he died a year to the day i met him of cancer. he had been sick for 6 years... had to have his heart restarted once already..... 5 years before i met him.... and then after helping us and saving me from all the bad things i was doing... he died....
