Lies are hard to handle, and they just build up,
People spread lies and rumors, man this is rough.
I've told everyone before I'm done lying,
I wasn't kidding, you don't know how hard I've been trying.

Believe me for once, cause I'm telling the truth,
I'm not crying wolf no more, I promise I'm new!!!
It hurts cause none of you believe me,
My word is all I have left, its all that relieves me.

Pain in the heart, feels like I've been shot,
Give me a break, the truth is all I got.
Listen to me if you don't want to hear a lie,
I only spit the truth, cause fake words make my heart cry

The rhyming was really bad and seemed forced. The rhythm and line length seem awkward. Line breaks are your friend. The concept/execution of the poem was alright. 2/5
