• Everyone chooses what matters more,

    Everyone chooses who they adore,

Everyone decides who they’d die for,

But in the end, does it really matter?

The ones that matter find someone better,

The one you adore, you follow after,

When you give your life for another,

The guilt will live on forever.

    Everyone’s insulted someone before,

Everyone knows that life is a war,

Everyone’s met someone they’d like to ignore,

In the end, does it still matter?

The ones you insulted, won’t forget,

Thank the war in your life- you’ll always fret,

To the ones you ignore, you are in debt,

Don’t live your life in regret.

Someone out there, needs a hand,

    Someone else will just understand,

Someone in the world, will take a stand,

But will it make a difference after life?

The needy one, will await on their savior’s presence,

The one without a care, will fail for their ignorance.

The brave one, proves sound is better than silence,

The difference of the two, is a life changing distance.

Everyone has a reason to be praised,

Everyone can’t witness a murder without being phased,

Everyone can be stubborn, and still be amazed,

Will that matter when life’s over?

Being praised means you have something to offer,

Disgusted with murder? Don’t add to the number,

Stubbornness can be good, but acceptance can be better,

Using your head helps you decide which is wiser.

Is it ever okay to be different?

Do you live, loving every moment?

Is seeking approval, something you frequent?

Won’t you know the answers when life’s over?

Don’t you know being different is better?

Isn’t living your life to its fullest a pleasure?

Don’t you know, others don’t matter?

Don’t you have the dignity to respect what you see in the mirror?

Can’t you take a good look around?

Is sheer joy, something you found?

Since when is suffering a beautiful sound?

Does it matter if you don’t help change it?

Looking around, the picture doesn’t fit,

Some people have anything, but spirit,

    Misery isn’t beauty, it’s a misfit,

Pain will help no one benefit.

In the end, does anything really matter?

The world’s slowly dying, people help it die faster.
