• You breathe.
    Your body extends across the valleys, the forests,
    The expanses of water and sand.
    Your fingers graze the tips of trees and the snow caps of mountains;
    Make ripples in water and send dust dancing and leaping at your touch.
    This is your sky, your air.

    You cover the earth with a blanket of your existence;
    It takes no time to be everywhere,
    Moving slowly, tentatively.
    You whisper the name with your meek voice,
    Telling everyone who’ll hear.
    You creep between the leaves and branches,
    Through open doorways, between each crack and crevice;
    Changing clouds and twining with music and heaven.

    They all want to follow, but none are as free as you.
    Only you can spend eternity, forever and a day;
    Watching;
    Waiting.
