i'm cold
my heart is frozen

its not my fault
its just always broken,
stepped on, mashed up

never looked at, there i sat.
it was left in the rain, the storm, the cold
never changing, never old

keep it warm, keep it close...
advice i could not follow..
the real truth was hard to swallow....

i'm alone...
