Left hidden
In the whirlwinds of invention
There once lied a sea
Abnormal to any eye blind or experienced.
Tales of it's perpetual madness
Of claiming it was death itself.
Flowing downstream
Few followed; never returned.
It was known endless.
The fear and wonder tragically gripped people
Testing and abusing it's natural power
The sea then became tainted into blackness.
Subsequently devoured those who abused it
From yesteryear to now
The ancient sea, immune to time and decaying
Sea of the dying, became its eternal name.

- Title: Ancient Sea of Dying
- Artist: Poetess Kaylee
- Description: Taking lesson from Emily Dickison, I decided to make more of an approach of a detailed poem rather just a poem of angst. Though having few thoughts in angst and darkness. Enjoy

A couple lines were awkward: "tainted into blackness", "of claiming it was death itself".
other than that... it was good... - Report As Spam
