The Light

• Artist: spirit of a scholar
• Description: I was alone in the dark,
  clawing for what wasn't there.
  I was fighting a losing battle,
  And I was getting dragged down deeper & deeper.
  I hated those around me,
  As well as those unknown.
  But in my darkest hour,
  She appeared.
  She was my light in this pit of darkness,
  My Angel,
  My safety line sought on not letting me fall deeper.
  She pulled me back up,
  From the edge of hell,
  She was everything I could ask for,
  So now I can ask for no more.
