• T’was the night before Christmas, and stirred quite a sound,
    The soldiers were up for near and around,
    T’was a war the were ready to put up a fight,
    This was their choice, this was their life!
    They fight for us, their family’s included,
    Though they’re away their spirits aren’t deluded,
    For they’re noble to us all
    Ready to go when they were called.
    So as one got in a tank as Santa flew by,
    He even heard him ho high in the sky.
    And listened to him exclaim as he rode out of sight:
    “Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night.”
