Under That One Tree

• Description: I know it's been a LONG while since I have written anything... especially my Midnight Love... Currently, I have not idea what to write about that story, so while I was thinking of other ideas, I came up with my own style of poetry. Using the 17 lines of a haiku, just making it longer. I hope you like it.

Under the red tree
I sit, waiting to see you.
You did not show up.

I waited for you.
It felt like hours went by
And yet, I still wait.

I do not know why,
For the reason I waited.
Maybe, I love you.

Why do I love you?
It hurts me thinking of you.
My heart skips a beat.

Two seasons has gone,
I kept on waiting for you
Under the blossoms.

It was summer time
I still waited under the tree
I want you to come.

I waited for you,
For too long under the tree.
I can't stay no more.

I felt my heart rip.
I felt teardrops falling down
Then, you came at last.

On that summer night,
You came to meet me at last.
Tears of joy fell down.

Under the night sky,
The stars dazzling brightly.
True happiness came.
