The worker girls fiddled away at their fabrics
none of them knew that the building of bricks
might be their last sight
before being engulfed by the night
from bellow you could hear
the grow screams of the women so dear
the sound of bodies falling from the sky
they never had a chance to say goodbye
If only those greedy men would see
they could have protected me
The girl who worked in the Triangle factory
this is my sad story
