Why do you act as if life is a game?
Like this is all a play?
There are no props, no lines to read.
So don't even try it today.
Take off the mask, cut the lights.
Let the curtain drop.
You keep doing this act all the time.
But where does it stop?
You let the lines blur to you.
You can't see what you do.
You don't see who I am.
You no longer even see you.
Wipe all the make-up off.
Put away the scenes.
Don't live life like it's been written out.
Live life with the in betweens.
Throw in some improv now and then.
Pick that other line.
Life isn't about being perfect.
It's not that well defined.
Be who you really are inside.
Let us see the one that's true.
Be the author of the new story.
About the character that's really you.
