You were there, before those vicious talons
Of immortal power ripped you from me; before
The everlasting pain of her presence pursued upon
You as if you were some free beast finding the cruel
Harsh reality of captivity. So I ask you,
Where are you now?
May it be that if I looked in the cage of the wicked
Possessor that I'd find a hollow shell of the depressed man,
One that you were so free from before; one that eluded your
essence when you were of utmost vitality to me? So I ask you,
Where are you now?
Perhaps there is no reminiscence of rejuvenating memories
In your mind, like I can so find staring into the depths of the cruel
Past; like it was so distant as the galaxy of neighboring stature to ours.
Perhaps you know your enslaved still trying to find the remedy to my pain
So I ask you, Where are you now?
No cruelty such as yours is forgotten, mind you, and as I age my
Withering body, my corrupt brain grows past your manipulation once instilled.
I know where you are, in the hands of the Almighty, for He
Is the only one who sees the end. So I ask you, rather,
Where will you be?
