Jutsu's: He is a master of the Chidori, able to manipulate it in several different ways. In fact, Chidori is usually his main way of battle. He is also able to use a variety of fire jutsu. He has also gained the cursemark by unkown means, making him a very deadly warrior.
Ultimate Technique:Cursed Seal Chidiori- A massive amount of chakra is used to form a powerfull chidori replica. Color changes from whitish blue to black, and extends all the way up his arm. This attack it'self is able to break through almost any defense, and is almost ceartinaly fatal if near a vital organ as it creates a explosion effect. Besides the massive amount of chakra used, there is a side effect where the arm that was used, is badly damaged, becoming useless until healed. As such, this move can only be used once per day, if even. Appearance: 
Bio: Nowe has always been a rather skilled ninja. Not enough to stand out, but he always managed to stay at the top of his game. His father had also been a ninja, and died for the Leaf Village. Because of this, Nowe loves the Leaf Village as if it was his family. When he discovered he had the Rinnegan, he worked hard to control it, but never gained it's full power. Two years ago, he left the village to train and hone his skills.
He has since then, been rediscovered at the Tenshi village, having both developed his skills as well obtained a few secrets. He is hunted down by Ayame, and is determined to kill the ex-shadow ninja before anything else.

Weapons: A pair of razor edged battle fans (standard normal fan size though) as well as the basic kunai and shuriken.
Jutsu's: Wind jutsus, most notably her favorite - Razor Blade, a sharp slice of wind. She also uses various other cutting and cyclone style wind jutsus. Her taijutsu is top notch, a special style she uses that incorporates the sharp edges of her fans.
Ultimate Technique: Gods Breath - Kiri creates a huge windstorm that is filled with slicing winds. The technique is capable of leveling entire forests though it drains her chakra dangerously low, especially if she's been fighting beforehand.

Bio: Kiri became fascinated with the Sand village's style of fighting at a young age. She made up her mind and taught herself how to use the battle fans, though she adapted the style to a more close combat style, using smaller fans. It took a lot of work but she's an expert in her style now. The girl is stubborn enough to make a mule look pleasantly agreeable so it came as no surprise that she succeeded. It was with this same stubbornness that she tackled the challenge of learning the Rasengan and Toad summoning among other things. Now, after two years of training away from the village, she's more than glad to be back home.

Jutsu's: Ninjutsu, little bit of genjutsu and some hand-to-hand
Ultimate Technique: Tamotsu Ryuu no Momoe (Dragon Spirit Defender of A Hundred Blessings); Tayu uses as much chakra as she can without killing herself to create a dragon made of flame. She rides atop the dragon or stays on the ground beneath it, and the dragon can breathe flame as well as set anything (except metal and earth) that it touches on fire if Tayu needs it to.
Appearance:
Bio: Tayu was born outside of any village. Her mother was a rogue ninja, but she never told Tayu which village they were from. Her mother died when Tayu was only two, just outside of the gates of Konoha village. One of the ninja on patrol around the village perimeter found Tayu crying beside her mother's body. The ninja, Kiba Kiyu (no relation to Kiba Inuzuka), adopted Tayu as his own and enrolled her in the ninja academy when she reached the right age. Only recently has she realized that the woman she thought was her aunt and the murderer of her mother was in fact her mother.

Jutsu's: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu
Ultimate Technique: Mayumi no Chinatsu Mai (True Bow of the Dance of A Thousand Summers), using a jutsu scroll and chemical-soaked thread, Kin creates a bow and arrows of flame, and the jutsu lasts as long as she can sustain it. Most often, Kin uses this jutsu in conjunction with Tayu's ultimate technique to create a firestorm that consumes anything in its path. If it's not carefully controlled, the firestorm would kill Kin and Tayu.
Appearance:
Bio: Kin is a kunoichi, a female ninja, from the Village Hidden in Shadows. She is also Tayu Kiyu's aunt. Kin was Tayu's mother's twin, but just as different from her as yin is from yang. Where Tayu's mother was sweet and kind, Kin was sharp and mischievous. While Tayu's mother was in training to be a medic ninja, Kin was at the top of her class in the more violent section of the academy. Kin, as it happens, is also the ninja that mortally wounded Tayu's "mother". In truth, she is Tayu's mother and has recently joined the Leaf Village.

Ultimate Technique: Combo Jutsu: Earth God Comet Strike. [Ishi summons a building sized Hammer, possibly used from a old summoning creature, and combos it with a Giant form of his Earth Doppleganger, then brings the hammer down onto the opponent with god like force. But the resulting strain is transfered to his real body, leaving him paralized for several days.]
Appearance:
Bio: Ishi was a young boy from the Iwagakure, traded for a peace offering with a Samurai clan from the Land of Iron. When they tried to train him as a samurai, he caught on quickly, but was ultimately rejected as a warrior and orphaned in the land. On his travels, Kinuyama met the boy, and welcomed him as a student and son with open arms. He is stubborn and thick headed, but a good kid, his brother and sister refer to him as Ishi-hime, much to his displeasure.

Jutsu's: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation] Bunshin no Jutsu [Doppleganger]
Ultimate Technique: Sugoi Kimera Shikyaku no Jutsu [Great Chimera Four Legs Technique] Nise uses transformation to alter her body and make herself animalistic and deadly. Similar to the Inuzuka clan's technique, but much more altering and deadly. This transformation is special due to the fact it doesn't wear off when Nise is hurt. She can only hold this form for ten minutes, then the exaust of chakra weakens her to immobility for long periods of time.
Appearance:
Bio: Nise was a young Rain ninja, trained in the ways of the Hunter-nin, due to her excellent Henge jutsu skills. She is commonly mistaken for a Uzumaki because of her jutsu skills and fiery red hair. The reason for these traits is unknown. When she failed her mission at a very young age, her team had been killed because of her mistake, and she was forced to get rid of the bodies. After desecrating her comrads bodies, the little girl ran from her village, eventually meating Kinuyama and Ishi, who welcomed her with open arms. She is loud mouthed, sarcastic, and overly lazy, to the point of stopping in the middle of a fight because of boredom. She ends most sentences with "Baka-Desu".

Ultimate Technique: Jishin no Konsato [Concert of the Earthquake] Katsu uses his own skeleton as a human tuning fork, vibrating at such a force that he can shake apart bones. He can do many things with this attack, but it only lasts one minute, before his bones crack and his brain shuts down, causing him to black out
Appearance:
Bio: Katsu was a defective ninja, claimed to be too soft for his village. He was kicked out early in life and began wondering the land, he came across ruins of an old village and found scrolls for jutsu based on sound. He began training for a solid year untill he was found by Kinuyama, Ishi, and Nise. Kinuyama showed great interest in his Sound jutsu skills, and adopted him, agreeing to teach him the sound jutsu he knew, as well as train his own jutsu skills. He is the last child Kinuyama adopted. Katsu is a poet, finding pleasure in both writing and speaking in Haiku. He is constantly seen in any area music is playing, especially if Kinuyama plays it.

Bio: A young and hot headed ninja who just graduated from the academy. Kyo is a member of the Nara clan a clan who uses shadow's to both attack and defend with. Unlike most of his clan he has not learned the most basic of there moves the shadow possession seeing it as a wasted skill and instead has opted to study and learn the attack moves of the clan. He knows very little in the way of defense and unlike a good deal of the nara clan he doesn't think into battles as much as he should

Genjutsu Manipulation: Able to when a genjutsu is cast by or on the user to allow full control to be taken of it. When full control is attained the user is able to manipulate the genjutsu to cause what would usually be mental pain into physical injury upon the one cast upon when the jutsu is finished. The damage and area of damage is dependent on the jutsu cast.

Ultimate Technique:
Blossoms of the blood stained sky: A incredibly powerful genjutsu that allows Kohane the full strength of her Kekkei Genkai letting her easily take the life of the person who she had trapped within it.
Appearance:
KohaneBio: The Slug sannin of Konohagakaru. Kohane had played a role in the final battle vs the shadow village and had been injured protecting herself along with zane. Several days after the fight she had received a scroll telling her of the only way to make her healing and protection abilities even stronger. This had taken her on a trip away from Konoha leaving for the past two years without word to her teammates other then the Hokage's word of a mission she had embarked on. During this time she has become a few steps under a master of Taijutsu and her Healing jutsu's are far far beyond her years of a ninja. She has begun to return to Konoha feeling something ominous having been building in the past few years and worries for her home along with her friends.

Living his life without knowing about his father Kikou took the name on his mothers side 'Himawari' it was only after his first chunnin exam did he learn about whom he was.

Bio: Zane joined Nowe and Kiri's team just before the start of the Chunin Exams. He passed, gaining a Sharingan transplant before the final test. He's done everything he could to try and keep up with Nowe and Kiri and all he wants is to keep getting better so that he can better help his friends.

Magnetic Explosion - Creates a magnetic field centered around a few orbs of metal. Ayame will spread metal around his target until the field rips them apart.
Mercury Pandora - An enclosed area of metal that reflects a Genjutsu on par with the Tsukuyomi.
Needle Rain
Ultimate Technique: Mercury Explosion - Gathers up all the metal around him and detonates it, creating shrapnel to attack his enemies. The process removes most of the metal from his body and uses up most of his chakra, after using this he has to integrate more metal into his body while his chakra replenishes.
Appearance:
Bio: After going on a bloody rampage in his own village, Ayame fled with whatever medication he could grab to stay alive. Soon after he aligned himself with the Shadow Village since Seito had manufactured his medicine. Now that Seito is dead Ayame is hell bent on killing the one responsible for this: Nowe. Ayame will kill him or die trying, because a man with nothing to lose is a dangerous force indeed.

Water engulfs the user’s arms and create the shape of daggers. Takes a lot of energy and chakra. Was made by Tsumi’s father and taught to her before he died. She is the only who knows this jutsu and isn’t very good at using it yet. Aftershock: Weakens user and leaves a few cuts on the user’s arms

TsumiBio: Tsumi had a very happy life before her parents died on a mission in the Village Hidden among the Rocks a year ago. After that, she lived on her own with her cat,
Rai, and trained by herself, still attending ninja school, of course. Now, she’s graduated and is ready to find the low life who took her parents from her, but she knows she won’t be able to do that just yet, maybe in a few years though. For now, she's focused on getting stronger and becoming a Chunin to make her parents proud in the afterlife. Ultimate Technique: Secret Puppet Art: Human Puppet - Yumi pumps all the metal from her blood into the target(s), using them as her own living chess pieces to carry out her dirty work from the shadows, after which their chakra quickly corrodes the metal into Mercury, giving them a drawn out death foreshadowed by insanity.

Bio: After her brother defected from the village, Yumi swore that she would be the one to find him and end his life herself. She adored her brother and was hurt the most when he left. Unlike him, she has an unlimited supply of medicine from her village and has been guaranteed that supply as soon as she finishes disposing of her wayward elder sibling.

Jutsu's: Incomplete Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppet Technique) which can only be used to lifeless objects, Taijutsu and Earth jutsu.
Ultimate Technique: Secret Puppet Art: Rei (zero) - using his puppet 'Karas' to bind the victim, Tsubaki uses his blood to forcefully 'devour' the living victim into his puppet, killing it effectively. But it greatly strains him and his chakra that needed a whole day to be replenish.
Appearance:
Bio: With a cheery, childish and mischievous attitude, no one would expect he was a missing-nin of Sunagakure. He was accused of the mass killing inside, mainly because after their death, he completed his puppet 'Karas'. With no evidence whatever, he was exiled out of the village.
He has taken refuge of the shadow village, but doesn't take much seriously on the village's mission to revive their master.
