Not today but sometime soon. My friend from work is allergic to eggs so I plan to surprise him with cookies he can gorge on without worry! (cuz sometimes he still eats stuff with eggs regardless)

I think I heard somewhere that half a Banana can be an alternative to an egg. Might have to doublecheck that.

I heard that Crisco makes an alright egg substitute. Well... I dunno about that. Maybe if it was well-mixed. I've used it for cakes.
