That is a plural possessive. It is also sometimes used after names beginning with the letter "S", like Anubis. so "kittens", in the possessive, would be "Kittens'" and Anubis would be "Anubis'".

Oi I dont remember the number percent but I failed all with the apostraphe but I got all but one right on comma.
