I'm from Sweden ^^ I can translate, if you want to.

"Jag Är Där Med Dej" means "I am there with you"

"Stanna" means "Stop"

"Kommer tid kommer vår" is tricky beacuse it's really not a correct sentence, but a rough translate is "Comes time comes spring", even if "vår" can also mean "our".

"Sista andetaget" means, roughly, "Last breath"
