Every time I see food court I think International barbeque, they had the best plain fried rice. but they had all sorts of meat beased sauces(Meh, I'll pass...), but they closed like one and a half years ago... Where am I going to get plain fried rice that's cooked soft and has the soy and other things in it perfectly balanced(By plain I meant no meat no eggs no onions) and fried.... but not too crispy, just fluffy! How did you do it magical Mystery Asian man, how?

Reminds me of that vegetarian Taiwanese restaurant in which I used to eat. Everything about it was good including their fried rice. Too bad it isn't open anymore.
