For an explanation of meeping, I asked an IRL friend I call 'Citiae' (pronounced like saying the letters 'C', 'T' and 'A').
Meeping is like poking someone, but you have to say 'Meep'. There's also 'Peem' a reverse meep, and 'Meep-peem', and neutral meep. It's just something to do when you're bored enough to try and speed up the music your listening to so it sounds like chipmunks are singing it.
