pendant (angelic one) is up 2.4%, My Ninja band is up 2.6%, and unfortunately my anklets (the winged) are down 1%
it's always good to look every so often at your invested appreciation items to see if there are any good reasons to sell them for other things.
You should try it for everything that's not a store item, quest item, or event item. (so, evolving items, donation items, any items from the cash shop that no longer exist, or if your lucky, any 2004 or 2003 event item, those tend to appreciate much faster than anything from 2005.)
