The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn chuckled softly, not bothering to move from his spot. He was comfortable. "No need to thank me cause I have a temper." He told her with a laugh. The words had been so low he'd almost missed them, but close as he was he managed to just barely catch them. He had no doubts a normal human wouldn't have been able to. He held to her for a moment, relaxing. Then a thought occurred to him, making him sit up straight suddenly. "Haha! No work! That means catnip!" He scrambled away from Ashriel and to the bedroom where he threw himself on the floor, searching under the bed for the stuff he'd kicked there last night. It took a moment but he finally found the jar of catnip and pulled himself out. He opened the jar, breathing deeply. As a human, it's effect wasn't as strong. It was still appealing though. He sprinkled a bit on the carpet of the living room before putting the top of the jar and setting it aside. Switching to his cat form, he pounced on the dried herb, rubbing his face in the carpet, purring heavily. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel laughed as Raevyn got up. She supposed...now was a good time. "Look in the top drawer of my dresser." She called to him, smiling. Okay, so she was not going to be able to get up, but it was nice to hear him having fun.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn cocked his head to the side, looking up at Ashriel. He raced back into the bedroom where he could be heard tripping over things as he shifted. Apparently his coordination suffered while he was on catnip. His happy squeal indicated he'd found the toys. He raced back to Ashriel, holding them happily, a huge grin on his face. "Feathers!! Thank you!!" He cried, grabbing her in a hug and kissing her full on the lips. He broke away after a second, flickering back to his cat form and playing with the toys. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel smiled as he squealed, only to be started when he kissed her. She closed her eyes for a moment when he broke away, and she began to laugh softly. He was so cute the way he acted. Her eyes watched him play with the toys that she'd gotten him, glad that he actually liked them. For a short bit, she was afraid that he wouldn't.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn chased and batted the toys around, chewing at the feathers. Almost anything with feathers he was guaranteed to love playing with. He had an obsession with the silly things. He was still purring, loud enough to be heard even as he bounced around the room, hyper from the catnip. When one of the toys disappeared under the couch, he squeaked in dismay and scrambled for it, lunging under the couch. It was hard to believe this cat who was acting like a kitten was the same person as the snarling jaguar who acted ready to rip people's throats out. It was almost like a split personality. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel laughed as she watched him, but she frowned when she heard her stomach grumble. She realized she hadn't eaten anything yet - and deeply regretted not reminding Raevyn before he got out the catnip. Ah, well. She could wait until he settled down. No way she was going to let him cook when he was like that. Perhaps if she could stand... She remembered her attempt before and realized that it wasn't an option.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn poked his head out from under the couch, looking up at Ashriel, trying to find to source of the odd sound. It took him a moment to sort it out in his mind and ask "You hungry?" The words were almost slurred though, as if he wasn't entirely sure he remembered how to talk. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Yeah, sort of." She told Raevyn, although he sounded as if he were drunk. Was that what catnip does to cats? Eh. Ash would have to watch him more closely next time - definitely limit the amount.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I makes food then!" Raevyn told her with a giggle. He shifted to human then squeaked and returned to being a cat. There wasn't enough room under the couch for his human form. He scrambled out and then tried changing again. This time he managed it, a goofy grin on his face. He hurried to the kitchen, staggering slightly. He looked around, trying to decide what to do. Finally, he began moving again, starting on the food. He dropped things often though and spun, flipping between half-done tasks. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel flinched every time that Raevyn dropped something. "Raevyn, stop trying to cook, just bring me the phone." She'd order pizza instead. Who knows how much food Raevyn was wasting the way he was going.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn spun to look at her, stumbling as he spun too fast. He frowned, hands on hips. "Noooo." He whined. "I cooking! Let me cook. I likes cooking. No phone....." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel frowned. Uh-oh. "Raevyn, if you don't bring me the phone right now, I'm going to take away your new toys." Hopefully, he would concede now.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... The phone was in Ashriel's lap almost before she'd finished speaking. "No! No taking toys!" He squeaked, looking absolutely appalled at the idea of losing his new toys. He looked up at Ashriel pleadingly from where he crouched beside the couch. "No taking toys.....No taking toys....." He pleading, looking like he was about to cry. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Well, that worked. "Because you did what I asked, I'm not gonna take your toys." Ashriel told him as she dialed the number for the pizza place. She ordered a pizza with sausage (for Raevyn), mushrooms, and spinach on it. Once finished, she hung up and looked at Raevyn. She smiled lightly at him now.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Yay!" Raevyn squealed happily. He slipped back into his cat form and crawled up onto Ashriel's like. "Yay. Ash nice. I likes Ash." He told her simply, like a child stating his affections. He purred happily trotting back and forth across Ashriel's lap. The tiger that should be....isn't....
