OK so it game me a message saying that internet connection failed

that is correct the site even says you can download the client but can't play till its out.

they will have candle mon. If you look this is a fan made chart as it doesn't have the time stamp and some of the art and lines have been changed they in no way would ever put chaosdramon or shadowseraphimon in. Even more so because the art is the direct art from pictures when the rest of the charts have art made specifically for that game.
the best example here is the hawkmon line. Look at that pheonixmon and then look at the one above it. Completely different art.

Now that I look at it, having read what you said I guess you're right, but just so you know they would likely put Shadow Seraphimon in as a "Dark counterpart" to seraphimon as they did in DBO, similar to how they have done with Megidramon, Kuzuhamon, and Blacksaintgargomon, not sure about chaosdramon though
