The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... ((I'm heading to bed too. Night!))
Raevyn smirked at her. He was about to say something but changed his mind as they entered the doors of Sanctuary. Mama was there to meet them, holding the crutches. She hurried over to Ashriel. "Ah, ma cher. You poor thing." She cooed to the girl as Raevyn set her down, keeping one arm around her waist to support her. "Try these." Mama said and handed the crutches to Ashriel. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel took the crutches quietly when Mama handed them to her. They were a bit big for her, and she frowned. Hopefully they would lower? She didn't want to be carried around the entire school by Raevyn.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Mama watched Ashriel holding the crutches then sighed. "Ah but I am forgetting how tall Colt is." She said with a small laugh. She knelt down and adjusted the crutches, fitting them to Ashriel's size. "There. Try that." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel grinned, able to stand using the crutches now that they were adjusted. "Thank you." She leaned on them, looking at Raevyn. It wasn't comfortable - crutches never were - but they worked.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "It is nothing ma cher." Mama told her with a smile. "You have a good day at school. I will be returning to bed." She patted the girl on the cheek then turned and headed back into the house. Raevyn glanced at Ashriel and gestured to the door with his head. "Come on. Let's get going before we're late for school." He said, walking to the door and holding it open for Ashriel. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel followed quickly after Raevyn, relying on her right leg, the good one, as she moved. Her eyes looked at him as she passed him out the door. She began moving down the street, actually watching where she was going due to the crutches.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn walked slightly behind Ashriel, so he could keep an eye on her as they moved. She was moving well though, so he had no worries. As they approached the school, he glanced at her. "Remember, you need to talk to Jennalin today." He reminded her softly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel nodded. "Yeah, I know." She told him, waiting at the door for him to open it. Oh shoot - problem there. Her books and things were at the bottom of her locker, well, her sketch pad was.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn opened the door and followed Ashriel inside. "Can you get your stuff from your locker?" He asked with a playful smirk. "Or do you need more help?" The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel blushed visibly. "Yeah, I need some help..." Oh, this was so embarrassing! To need help with such a matter!

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn just laughed, leading the way to her locker. "Come on girlie. Let's get the cripple her stuff." He teased her, waiting for her to open the locker. He didn't know the combination to her lock. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel was still blushing vividly as they made their way to her locker. She unlocked it, backing up to open it. Her eyes looked at Raevyn gently. "Just the pencil pouch and the sketch pad."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Alright." Raevyn bent down to grab the stuff she asked for. "Here." He said, moving to slid the things in her backpack. "Now you can carry it yourself. Let's get to class." He led the way through the halls, clearing a path for Ashriel to follow. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel followed him to class, her eyes directed downwards as people stared at them. It bothered her, for so many people to be staring. They made it to their class, Jennalin a short distance behind.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn took a different seat than his normal one, sitting beside Ashriel instead. The change sent whispered through the classroom, speculating. Catching sight of Jennalin, he nudged Ash's good ankle with his foot. "Showtime." He murmured, nodding to Jennalin. The tiger that should be....isn't....
