It doesn't depend on the number of accounts. mostly.
If you want to talk purely on how many good things you get, then yes, more accounts is better. But less accounts have the same odds. there are just more chances the more accounts.

That is true. It seems like i am the only one not collecting anything. But then again, i have not felt any urge to do that.

wellwisher He grants several good items, how it works (as far as I can figure) the higher your health is the greater your chances are of getting better things from him, but there is still the chance of getting the low quality things. (like 70 gold)

you will not be able to get them all, but you will be able to get a vast majority of them. there will be a few people out there that will hold on to some of them for the sake of having them. Either way, i will send them your way once i get a decent amount(without buying any).
