Jennalin looked at Raevyn softly, then at Ashriel. "Give her the amount of food she normally eats. She probably doesn't think she is hungry. Whenever she gets extremely stressed, I have noticed that she will eat about half as much as her body needs-thus wearying her." She finished speaking and began nudging Ashriel, trying to get her awake.

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn nodded. "She certainly ate quick enough once I put food in front of her." He said, then nudged Ashriel's good ankle. "Hey, Ash. Wake up. Lunch is here." He told her, setting food in front of her then starting on his own food.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel woke slowly, staring at the food for a moment. She then set to eating slowly. It seemed that her brain wasn't quite processing everything else. Just that there was food in front of her. Her eyes were directed down at the food quietly.
Jennalin nodded to Raevyn. He seemed to be able to get her to eat. That was a good thing - great for her.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn nodded to himself, watching Ashriel. He ate his own food quickly, finishing it off. Then he relaxed, tapping his fork against the plate absently as he watched Ashriel to make sure she ate properly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel seemed to remember something, and she stood up abruptly midway through eating. Flinching, she remembered the crutches, moving to pull herself up yet again with them.
"Ash??"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn scowled at her. "Sit down, you stubborn fool." He ordered her. "You're not done eating." He'd only gotten here the amount she would normally eat so he didn't like seeing the food left on her plate. Especially not so much food. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at Raevyn for a second, blinking. "But I need to do something..." She told him simply. "I'll eat when it's done."
Jennalin's eyes widened as she saw Ashriel walking off towards the random table that Lixini was sitting at today. "Ash, not a good idea..."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn sighed and stood up. He caught up to Ashriel easily, catching her arm and forcing her to stop. "What is so important that it can't wait until you're done eating?" He asked her quietly, his voice hard. He didn't want to see her neglecting herself in favor of others. As far as he was concerned, they could all wait until later. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at Raevyn with surprise. "I want Lixini to cut it out with all the rumors. And I want it to end now." She told Raevyn solidly.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn pointed back towards the table with her food. "Eat first, sort rumors later." He told her determinedly. "Those gossiping idiots can wait until later." He said, throwing them a glare over his shoulder. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel nodded quietly, returning to the table. "I'm not hungry, though."
"Liar." Jennalin spoke just as Ashriel's stomach rumbled, as if on cue.
Ash sat down, beginning to eat again quietly. "Fine."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "We've gone over this before. I don't care whether you say you're hungry or not. Eat." Raevyn told her bluntly. He wasn't about to watch her starve herself simply because she was stressed. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel ate quickly, anxiously. After she'd finished, she spoke quietly before standing up using the crutches. "Sorry." Jennalin's eyes followed Ashriel as Ash made her way over to Lixini, tapping the girl on the shoulder gently.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Now that she'd finished eating, Raevyn let her go. He stayed seated, merely watching everything, tapping his fork idly against the table.
Lixini looked up from where she was laughing with the group. "Ash!" She chirped brightly, turning to hug the other girl. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at Lixini for a moment, biting her lip. "Lix...can you please stop telling everyone what is going on in my life? If you don't...I'll...I'll...I'll stop telling you." She threatened, sick of the rumors about her that were flooding the air of the school.
