Doesn't seam to know that its very unpleasant and would happen rarely when someone has low iron

Most likely takes Iron supplements like ferrous gluconate.

Wrong, even though I should. I don't like those pills and I actually only time vitamins to make mt hair grow faster. But it was has some iron in it.
