Ashriel cursed as she heard Raevyn's voice in her head. Of course she had to wake him. "Yeah, of course I am. Why wouldn't I be?" She questioned allowed, solidly. After she'd finished using the restroom, she stood and washed her hands. Leaving the bathroom quietly, she headed into the kitchen.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn yawned and stretched, speaking to Ashriel as he did so. "Cause you're being dumb and walking when your leg is hurt." He told her simply, sliding from the bed and padding slowly into the kitchen. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked down as she saw Raevyn walk into the kitchen. "Relax. My leg feels just fine. Really, it doesn't hurt too much." And she was telling the truth: it didn't hurt much at all. She was leaning mostly on her good foot, using her other only for balance. Her fingers gripped the handle for the fridge, and she opened it up, getting out the eggs.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn watched her carefully for a moment, then nodded. "If you're sure." He murmured, then yawned. "I'm going for a quick shower then." He told her, shifting human though he didn't bother with more than just pants right now. They'd have to come off anyways. He padded to the washroom, closing the door before stripping down and stepping into the shower. The warm water helped wake him a bit, if only from his dislike of it. He hated it, but he knew it was necessary. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel worked quietly, taking the eggs over to the stove. She oiled the pan, warming the oil before even messing with the eggs. Quietly, she broke a few eggs, releasing their contents into the pan. Taking feta cheese, and small chunks of cooked chicken, she added them into the eggs gradually. The chicken was for Raevyn, mainly.
Jennalin woke while Raevyn was on the shower. She stood up and walked into the kitchen, smiling when she saw Ashriel cooking, balancing on one foot. That was the Ash she knew - determined to be in charge, no matter what may happen.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn's shower was a quick one, only long enough to get himself clean. Then he stepped out and dried off, throwing his pants back on. He left the washroom and headed into the kitchen, rubbing at his wet hair with a towel. He was muttering to himself about "evil water". The tiger that should be....isn't....

Jennalin glanced over to Raevyn, laughing lightly. "You sound like Luke did when mother used to have to force him into the shower." She smiled, looking at the cat. Her eyes moved back to Ashriel as the other girl finished cooking the eggs.
Ashriel grabbed three plates down, serving each of them some. She was still pale, but she wasn't saying anything. Besides, she wasn't that sick. Just a little pale. Raevyn claimed to be immune to most anything, and Jen could choose not to eat.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn tossed a mild glare at Jennalin. "Yeah well, ever noticed how much cats like water?" He told her, then added thoughtfully, "Though Lucian and I have it easy compared to others. We got the water cats. Tigers and jaguars will willingly go into water to cool off occasionally." He glanced at Ashriel as she set the food down on the table. She was still paler than he liked. "How're you feeling?" He asked quietly. He hoped to god that it wasn't the flu she had. For some reason, the common cold was one of the few diseases weres could get. Bizarre, but true. Most of the other disease they could catch depended on their species. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Jennalin only grinned in response to Raevyn's glare. "Yeah - I just like teasing you guys about it." She said very simply, walking over to the table to sit down. Sitting in a spot next to Ashriel, she smiled at her friend.
Ashriel looked at Raevyn when he asked her the questioned. "Alright..." She answered vaguely. Honestly, she wasn't exactly sure how he expected her to answer. What was he even asking about? Her leg? Her stomach? Well, her stomach still hurt, but her leg no longer did. She sat down quietly and began eating.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn frowned briefly, then shrugged. He hoped that - after yesterdays talk - Ashriel would tell him if something was wrong. For now, he would have to trust that she was telling the truth. He settled into eat his food quietly, leaving the towel draped around his neck as the only thing he wore on his top half. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel found herself staring at Raevyn's bare chest as she ate. She finished, but her stomach churned. "I don't feel good at all." Now she would actually tell him, now that he informed her. Her eyes stared at her empty plate.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn glanced at her and nodded. "I was afraid of that." He murmured. He reached out to touch her forehead lightly, checking her temp again. He wanted to see how her fever had fared the night - Whether it had gone, stayed the same, or gotten worse. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel's fever had gone up slightly that night. Just slightly. She looked up at Raevyn quietly from where she sat. Her stomach churned again, making a fuss with her. "I feel like my stomach is going to explode."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn frowned worriedly. He glanced at Jennalin, not really sure what to do. "I've never been sick before." He said quietly, hoping she would catch the subtle plea. He wanted to help Ashriel but what was he supposed to do? The tiger that should be....isn't....

Jennalin looked at Raevyn, thinking. "Put her on the couch, and get a cold, damp cloth for her forehead. She should also have a trash can next to her." She looked at her friend, who was gradually looking dizzy.
