 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn glanced at Jennalin in surprise, then flushed, embarrassed. "Sorry." He muttered, picking up the glass of water again. "Ashriel, I need you to drink this. All of it please. C'mon. It's just some water. Have a big drink." He said coaxingly.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at Raevyn. "But I'm not thirsty." She told him, shaking hrer head. She didn't get why she would need a drink.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I know. But you still need to drink." Raevyn said coaxingly. "Come on, please? I don't want you to get dehydrated. You need to drink. Finish the glass and then I'll leave you alone for a little while, alright?" He switched to trying to bribe Ashriel. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at Raevyn quietly, taking the glass. She drank it quietly. After she was finished, she looked at him again. "Just...don't go away. Stay here..." She said quietly, her face still a pale red.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I wasn't planning on it." Raevyn murmured, taking the glass and settling into his spot on the floor. He reached up, stroking her hair softly. "I'll stay right here, I promise." It was odd to see him being so gentle, especially after he'd raged at Lucian so recently. It was clear he did care for Ashriel. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel closed her eyes once he started stroking her hair. She fell asleep, and Jennalin smiled. Lucian appeared to remember something, and he whispered to his sister that he'd be back in a while. Leaving the apartment, Jennalin locked the door after him.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn determinedly ignored Lucian. He didn't want to get into another argument with the other cat, not when Ash had just fallen asleep. He simple continued to stroke Ashriel's hair, ignoring the others. He began humming softly under his breath, a low and sweet lullaby-ish sounding tune. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Raevyn spent most of his time at Ashriel's side, coaxing her to eat and drink or simply watching over her. It was rare he left her, even to sleep. He had taken to sleeping on the floor near the head of the couch, reluctant to leave her, even to sleep. He ignored Lucian as much as possible, not wanting to upset Ashriel by fighting with him. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Over the course of the week, Ashriel became more and more irritable. Now, she was actually off her fever, and finally she was better overall. Abruptly, she sat up, intending to stand up. There was no way she was going to stay on this stupid couch any longer. Not when she had this entire apartment.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn, catnapping on the floor, woke at the sound of her sudden movement. He jumped to his paws, wary of any sudden sound. He relaxed when he realized it was just Ashriel. "And just what do you think you're doing?" He asked her coolly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked down at Raevyn, getting herself balanced. "Getting away from this stupid couch." She told him, managing to stand up; she almost fully depended on her right leg, her good leg.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn sighed, flickering into his human form and moving to Ashriel's side to balance her. He put a hand to her forehead and was relieved to feel her temperature was roughly normal. "Where are we going?" He asked mildly, clearly not intending to stop her. He could see she was in one of her moods. The tiger that should be....isn't....
