It's very good,
but you need to bring some on the gold
to the bottom of your avi.
It seems to be all at the top while
the pink's focused on the bottom.

Everything fits together. I feel that there might be a little too much black and it's overpowering the white headwing that will be the first thing people will see when they look at your avatar. (although the first thing that will draw their attention will be the black.)
