Ashriel looked at him quietly, smiling. "Food." She answered simply, looking now at her feet as if she was thinking about standing although her foot felt like it was going to fall right out from under her, even if she tried.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn shook his head, sighing. "You are SO helpful." He told her playfully. He leaned up to touch his nose to hers lightly. "Don't move. I'll be right back." He said, then hopped to the floor, sliding into his human form and walking into the kitchen. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel smiled lightly as he touched her nose. She watching him walk off, and she sighed. "Not like I have much of a choice." She commented quietly, watching Raevyn in the kitchen from where she was seated.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "There's always a choice. Just in this case, the possible choice is a very, very stupid one." Raevyn told her jauntily from the kitchen. He quickly slapped together a sandwich and brought it back to her. "PB&J good enough?" He asked, holding it out to her. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel nodded. "Yup, it's good enough. In fact, its perfect." She took it, biting into it quickly. A knock came on the door, along with the ringing of the phone. "I think that's probably Jen. It's about time for Luke to go to work anyway." Ash commented before taking another bite. It was apparent that Ash was more than used to the two's ways of getting attention.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn rolled his eyes, grumbling under his breath. This time, he ignored the phone, barely pausing to check the peephole before yanking the door open. "You know, I believe I have mentioned how much I hate the door/phone combo." He said bluntly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel laughed lightly as Jennalin entered, Lucian turning about and walking down the steps. "I know that. This is just fun." Jennalin responded quietly.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn rolled his eyes. "Whatever." He said, closing the door behind Jennalin. "Have you eaten or do you want something?" He asked her as he perched on the edge of the couch nearest Ashriel. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"I ate..." Jennalin answered, sitting on the opposite side of the couch - leaving room between her and Ashriel such that Raevyn could sit down there.
Ashriel finished her sandwich, looking at Raevyn. She was leaning back against the couch, and she decided to shut her eyes purely out of boredom.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Good." Raevyn responded with a nod. With that settled, he let his human form slip away again, leaving him a simple black cat. He ignored the open spot between Jennalin and Ashriel, instead climbing to Ashriel's shoulders again. He liked it there. He could feel her reassuringly strong pulse and her scent filled each breath. "Tired?" He asked her softly, seeing her eyes close. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel took a deep breath, thinking for a moment. "No, bored." She answered softly, staying quietly where she was. A smile was across her face as she thought about things. It seemed strange to her that it would seem boring. But... She hadn't been to school for a while, so this seemed everyday.
Jennalin looked at Raevyn, raising her eyebrows. Odd then. "You two look so cute." She told Ash carefully, smiling.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Sorry. But we have to be careful were we go. Especially since you can't walk." Raevyn really did sound apologetic as he spoke. At Jennalin's words though, his fur bristled. "I am not cute!" He retorted hotly, his embarrassment plain. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel frowned as he mentioned her leg again. That. Right. Why couldn't it just be over with already? She wanted to get up...to be okay. Opening her eyes, she glared down at her leg. "Stupid thing." She muttered; the only reason she did not kick it was that she knew it would take longer to heal if she did. After his response to Jennalin, she sighed, throwing in her own part. "You are cute, though." She contested, still glaring at her broken leg.
Jennalin frowned slightly as she heard Ashriel's quiet comment. She knew that sort of comment - an Ashriel comment. Standing up, she looked at the two, shaking her head lightly.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn brushed his cheek against Ashriel's. "I know you hate it." He murmured comfortingly to her. Hearing her next words though, he buried his face in the crook of her neck. "Why does everyone think I'm cute?" He asked in a mutter. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel sighed lightly, biting her lip again as he whispered to her. It had become a comforting habit, and she was getting fairly bad about noticing that she was doing so. "Because you are." She answered him softly, her eyes shutting again as she laid back against the cushions. Jennalin had walked out of the room, to their bathroom. Their...it seemed that she thought of everything now as not only hers, but Raevyn's as well.
