It was a new day for the big business man, Mr. O. As such, it was time to check on merchandise. Mr. O entered his personal elevator and went down to fourth basement floor. There, only the sound of humming machinery could be heard. Mr. O stepped out of the elevator and looked about. Many were walking around science lab coats and hazmat suits. The scientist who were wearing lab coats stood outside examination rooms with young teenagers inside performing superhuman feats. Some were shooting fireballs at targets, while destroyed solid objects with only their bare hands. Upon closer examination though, one could see that the teens had glazed eyes, as if they were hypnotized. "Ah yes. The dropouts and rejects making good progress." Mr. O remarked to himself as he passed by one room with a female test subject who was causing dummy to explode into with only her mind. All of these children, cast offs. Either they came from the scrap pile of Hive, off the street, or rejected members of the Titans. The big business man smiled evilly. Under my guidance though, they will have a 'better' life. Much more useful to the world of the now. Mr. O thought as he walked on to examine more subjects.
