Okay then...
The Y-Intercept is just where the line crosses the Y axis. (I'm pretty sure. It's been a while since Algebra.)
Slope: Just choose a point, count up to the horizontal line of another point, and count along that line.
up=positive
down=negative
left=negative
right=positive
