I would get rid of the masterpieces skin, and maybe go with superior form (ragdoll).
Also, I think that the anklets are nice touch, but the part that is actually on the ankle is too bulky, and makes the avatar weighed down. Maybe you could find a nice pair of pants to cover that.
Finally, the slippers are cute, but the colors don't really help the avi. Go barefoot with the ragdoll skin, or get some sandals.

I understand the gray color scheme, but the different tones really clash. The hat and the pants match ok, but the shirt, and shoes and sword really take away from it all.
Also, nothing really stands out to me about your avatar that would make me stop and think about the theme or colors. I personally think that a gray color scheme can be harder then others because how hard it is to find matching shades or other things to make it stand out. Perhaps you could try using subtle splashes of silver or black to make it stand out more.

The skin color is just too odd and I'd rather have reg. skin than greenish. And the hat... maybe change that into the gimpi scarf version if you can; either than that, get some more grayish and white items and that'll fix it.

I really like this one. It's a more unique use of scenery than I regularly see, and it's also a good combination of "floating" items like the glorious autumn, and Eros feather (is that what it's called?)
The only thing that throws me off is the hair, but then again, it works.
