The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn snorted. "Trust me, I'm very glad. I'd been fully expecting to die. I was trying to just get into the alley, out of everyone's sight." He said bluntly. He cocked his head to the side as he listened to Jennalin. "I figured you were psychic. The way you kept looking at me was unnerving, to be honest. I've never had someone peg me quite that fast. It took Ashriel awhile before she realized and that was with me acting oddly. I was trying to act normal around you but you kept staring at me. Do you know how unnerving and creeping that is?" The cat wasn't much one for hiding his feelings. He often said whatever popped into his head. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Yeah, sorry about that...I just was curious. And I was waiting to make sure. Plus it bothered me, since Ashriel had been acting as if she thought you were a normal cat." Jennalin rolled her eyes softly. "I tend to stare a bit at first if I notice something weird. I authenticate my realizations, as I really do not want to have them be wrong."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn rolled his amber eyes. "It's still really creepy. And why would it bother you if Ashriel thought I was normal? If I wanted to hurt her, she would have been dead before she even got to school." He told her bluntly. He didn't care what Jennalin thought of that. He wasn't going to hide his powers since she already knew. "Since she made it there okay, then she's obviously safe with me." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Jennalin shrugged. "You do have a point...it just worried me that you might have seen her or something." She said simply, her hands folded together. "How long ago?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... ((Only for a little bit. And I'd already seen the thread, I just have a lot of rp's to catch up on in a small time.))
Raevyn looked at her oddly. You worry about the oddest things. Seen her? Seen her how?" Like any male of any species, he was completely oblivious and dense. "And how long for what?" He asked, amber eyes blank, wondering what Jennalin was talking about. 'Females.....Can't come out and say anything without prompting.....' He thought to himself. The tiger that should be....isn't....

--thought it would just make it easier, so that you didn't have to dig it up.-- Jennalin rolled her eyes. "Question A: nude, genius. Question B: since she found you." She was calm and collected, examining him closely. It was obvious that she was now back to being worried about Ashriel rather than about the fact that he wasn't a cat...well, not one hundred percent cat. "Wow, just like any other male you seem to be a dense idiot."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn narrowed his eyes at Jennalin. "No need to insult me." He told her irritably. "No, I haven't see her naked, okay? I have more decency than that. And it's been.....two days? Three days? Something like that. I don't always keep the best track of time, especially when I'm hurt." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Sorry. It's how I grew up." Jennalin was sincere in her apologies. If you didn't insult them, they insulted you in her background. "That is a long time...you must have been pretty bad." She was more muttering now, standing up. "How badly was she lying about having 'plenty of money'? Do you know?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn shook his head. "I told you it was bad. I'm mostly healed now. Only slightly limping. By tomorrow morning, I'll be fine." He paused at her next question. "I know." He told her quietly. "And you're not going to like the answer. She was lying quite badly. She's barely getting everything covered." Normally, the cat wasn't a snitch. But he'd seen Ashriel's budget. He knew she needed all the help she could get. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Typical Ashriel." Jennalin muttered, before looking at him softly. She quickly had an idea on how she could help. "Are you intending on staying with her after you are healed? Or are you going to watch her from a ways away. Since I already know that you've taken responsibility for her."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn tilted his head to the side, considering. "I'm not sure. It really depends on Ashriel. But I'd prefer to stay here. If I go back to my room at Sanctuary, I have to pay for it, which means working. That also means I have less time to keep an eye on her, as I'm supposed to. It would leave her out of my awareness for far longer than I'm comfortable with." He told Jennalin honestly. "But really, it depends on if Ashriel will let me. I won't force myself on her and her home if she doesn't want me here." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"I'm sure that she will let you." Jennalin smiled, nodding her head. "Then, can you do one little thing for me? If I give you some money, can you make sure that Ash takes it? I mean, sneak it into her savings if you have to. You probably noticed that she stinks at remembering what she has and doesn't have. So that way, she might actually accept the help she needs."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn stared at Jennalin for a moment, his thoughts hidden behind amber eyes. Finally, he nodded. "Alright. She's going to kill me if she ever finds out though. So if I get caught, I'm completely blaming you." He said, giving her fair warning. He wasn't about to take the fall for her idea. The execution of said idea, well yes that would be his fault and he'd take the fall. But not for the actual idea itself. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Okay." Jennalin winked softly. "She'd believe you. After all, this isn't the first time I've come up with such a scheme for her well being. Thankfully, she rarely pays enough attention to notice."
