"Alright then", Zil said, taking Adriane's hand and letting her lead him. He wondered where that kind man who let them stay there was at the moment. Hopefully, he wasn't angry with Zil because of what happened last night but it was just that he told the truth.

As they walked down the steps, Adriane thought, Once we get Lucien out to see Minnie, I hope they are both happy...She looked at Zil and smiled. She then let go of his hand when they got to the kitchen. She went up to the steps and called up, "Lucien! Lucien, we're ready to go!"

The sounds of a large creature moving came from above as Lucien made his way down. He tried not to seem too eager with his extra speed in moving about, but he didn't hide it very well as he donned his cloak once more.

"Good morning", Zil smiled and scratched his head, letting Adriane do the talking. After all, she was the one who knew him better. Not only that but Zil was still a little secretly rattled by Lucien's appearance. He had to go to heights just to keep himself calm and not trembling madly and whatnot. He just kept reminding himself that he was friends with Adriane and that it was enough of a reason not to be scared.

Adriane nodded. "I have the map," she said, unrolling the smallish paper in her hands. "Basically we take the same way we did to find Zil, and then head East." She smiled at Lucian. "Are you ready for this, Mr. Lucien? I mean..." she asked quietly, not knowing how he was going to take her question. "Its been a very long time since you've seen her...What are you going to say?"

"I don't know..." Lucien admitted as he stood before the large doors that led to the snowy world outside. "...but knowing her spirit is still out there, I need to apologize somehow. Even if she still hates me for how things ended, I can at least be happy knowing things didn't end on such a bitter note as before."

Adriane smiled and patted Lucien's large arm. "That's good," she said sincerely. She then walked over to Zil and said, "Stop staring."

"Yeeeeeees, ma'am!" Zil said and immediately looked down at his feet. Alright, it was like a comedy thing but it was really Zil's personality. He would do anything if Adriane was the one who asked. He just hoped she would realize it by herself.

Adriane laughed a little bit; it was a good feeling after everything they'd gone through. She took Zil's hand and intertwined their fingers.She walked a little closer to him, considering it was much colder than what it had been the past two days. She looked up at the path ahead and smiled a little bit. Lucien was finally getting his happy ending, and it was fitting that storm had passed.

Zil followed along and let Adriane's fingers intertwine with his as they walked. It was definitely a good feeling and perhaps an even better one once everyone gets their happy ending. The thought of finally running away spurred him on even as the cold, harsh winds would threaten his health or that of his companions once more.
((OOC: ^ In short. She knows everything because she's the all-seeing Aye (Sauron. Lol, name pun.) and she has something awful planned for everyone O: <-- just kidding. XD XD ))

((Okay, I'm probably going to feel REALLY stupid for asking this, but....who are we waiting on? ><;; Tammy/Adriane (who has the map) to say we got to Luminette's crevice? Anime/Luminette to see the approaching group and react? Or me and my writer's block to have Lucien angst the entire way to see Luminette? Because I'm getting antsy. >>;; ))

Lucien trudged along behind Adriane and Zil, pulling his cloak close. Why he kept wearing it at this point was a mystery really, as all involved at this point already knew what he looked like. Now it was likely out of shame more than anything. The closer they got to Luminette's crevice, the faster his train of thought looped around. He always started hopeful, and then began to doubt that Luminette wanted to see him again, then he became certain she still hated him, but then he'd convince himself he still needed to apologize at the very least, and then his thoughts would loop back around just like that over and over. It was like he was playing some excessively complex version of 'she loves me, she loves me not' with a flower that never ran out of petals. Luckily for him, he'd stopped on his hope spot once they arrived outside. To think the ghost of his love was just inside the frozen tomb of stone and ice.
