Huh...and I thought this event would be a snap. Forgetting the math view of it, let's try the simple approach. Obiously, there's a 1/20 ((Well...since 7000 was taken, a 1/19)) chance of winning. Wat really makes this game difficult is that you have no control over what the number is - like my triple-six a few pages ago - and the numbers can repeat. Pretty annoying, and very aggrivating. It's what makes it so fun.
