Well I was thinking the name could be something along the lines of Huanglongmon City (Huanglongmon is the name of the leader of the sovreigns). At first we would start off with four main subforums. The Eastern territory would be named after Azulongmon and would be much like the tamer room here. The arena would be in the southern territory and be named after Zhuqiaomon. I'm not sure about the area in the west but it'd be named after Baihumon. I was thinking of a contest area for him. And Ebonwumon would rule over the North, either a chatterbox area or the market would be named after him.

Ok now for my idea on conjoining the guilds.
Digimon from this guild can be transferred over to the other guild but not vice-versa. The reason(RP wise) would be that the digimon born on tamer island are used to the changing and uncontrollable habits of the island. They can move to a controlled area and be just fine. However digimon born in Tamer City(Just a generic name till a good name is agreed upon) are only used to a controlled enviorment so they cannot be brought to Tamer Island.

Also I think that equipment. should be able to be purchased in the city, though it would only affect battles. Not the appearance of digimon.

And as for the question of demon lords, royal knights, four great dragons, etc. I think that their should be sets. First their could be the demon lords. They'd have more power than normal digimon, same with sovreings, great dragons, etc.
But then you could also get the digimon, they would lack the power boost but they are still possible to get.
