I was supposed to have the book Fools Crow finished for class today. But with all the festivities and what not going on during the weekend, I didn't have much time to read. So... I got halfway through it. At least I know enough to get the jest of the storyline.
I really love this book by the way. 3nodding I like it much better than any of the stuff we read by Momaday.

So yeah... I haven't been here since Saturday... sort of weird being away for a few days. But in other ways, it's nice being able to do stuff and not worry about any internet stuff. 3nodding

I really wish I had some cloth to work with, and the time to work on making some cosplay/original design clothing. Like right now, I keep imagining what sort of dress I would want to make to go with my little black hat I got when I went to P-town with my friends Rini and Brit. *sighs*
And it doesn't help that I keep wanting to make my own costumes when I keep looking at JoEllen's work ((www.firefly-path.net)). If I ever do get around to making some costumes myself, she definitely will be one of the people that will give me some inspiration.

Class went pretty well today. Probably a third of the class was spent with my classmates telling my teacher what they planned on doing their papers on. So most of that time I was bored, because my teacher kept suggesting places to do some research through and I'm all like (in my head) - "Thanks, but no thanks. I'm already done with my essay. I just need the writing tutor to respond to my essay, and I do some editing according to what they say... and then officially be done with it."

During the break, the food we got to snack on was cherry tomatoes, tangerines, and cheese. The cherry tomatoes were pretty good... though I wasn't really in the mood for them tonight. The tangerines were yummy; I ended up having two of them. And the cheese was good as well. It's the orange and white mixed cheese. I can't remember what the name of that kind of cheese is called. xd

I'm listening to a mashup of Taylor Swift's "Love Story" and Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi." I wasn't sure what it would sound like when I first saw it, but after listening to it, I liked it. It sort of gives a dark aspect to Taylor's "Love Story." Perfect if you're into the whole Gothic sort of thing.
