 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn nuzzled her comfortingly. "It doesn't matter. I understand." He told her soothingly. He licked her cheek, licking the tears away. "Shhh......It's alright......"  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel sighed, her voice growing quieter now, her body obviously calmer. She was still crying, but now she wasn't freaking out all that much. "It does matter. I'm sick of this happening. Sick of the lack of control. And...and what happens next time, when I end up hitting you or something. Or when someone gets hurt? Then it will matter. How could you understand this?" She breathed, curling in on herself again, laying into the couch.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn chuckled softly. "If you ever need someone to hit, I'm the best choice. Trust me. You don't have much of a chance to hurt me. And even if you DID manage to hurt me, it'd be gone within a day." He explained quietly. "As for understanding, I understand that this isn't you. You don't want this. This is just your body acting weird. And so I put up with it. I don't take any insults or threats seriously when you're acting like this." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at Raevyn quietly, still with tears falling down her cheeks. "Okay... Thank you." She told him, closing her eyes. She was calmed now, but it wasn't her choice to continue to cry. Her hormones were mostly insisting upon it.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn pulled back enough that he could touch his nose to Ashriel's lightly. "Don't worry about it. I'll always be here for you." He told her, glad to hear her calm down. He still didn't like the tears but since she was calm, he didn't pay much attention to them. He put his head back on her shoulder, purring comfortingly. "You should try to eat." He told her quietly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel hiccuped as she spoke again. "I'm not hungry." She answered, her stomach grumbling at that point. She paid no attention to it, as she truly didn't feel hungry.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn sighed, hearing her stomach grumble. "Try please. Just try to eat. Even just a little bit." He said, trying to coax her to eat. He knew she needed to eat, even if she claimed she wasn't hungry. He couldn't just let her starve. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"But I"m really not hungry...really, I'm just fine." She answered quietly, her stomach making a little growl at her. Her mind was too upset to register that her stomach needed food.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn pawed at her cheek softly. "It's lunchtime. Your body is accustomed to getting food at this time. Come on. Just eat a little bit at least. Please. For me." He said coaxingly, trying to get her to eat. While she might not have recognized the signs, he could hear her belly grumbling. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at him quietly. She was about to refuse again, but when he said for him... She couldn't. "Fine...I'll eat a few bites." She answered, moving to grab her food.

Ashriel nodded gently, taking a couple of bites. She slowly began eating faster - there was a reason macaroni and cheese is considered a comfort food. That was pretty much when she realized that she'd been hungry in the first place. She was now done crying, and she was much calmer. "Thanks... I guess I needed that." She said quietly, grabbing him to pull him into a hug.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn smiled to himself, moving to sit beside Ashriel as she ate. He was pleased to see her eat the food, and more than just a couple bites. He let her hug him, moving to touch his nose to hers lightly. "Don't worry about it. Just next time trust me when I tell you something like "eat", okay? I usually have a reason for what I do." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel looked at him quietly, smiling. She'd finished eating already, after all. "Okay...I'll try to. I can't guarantee anything, especially not right now. Sorry about that." Her voice was quiet again; her eyes were looking at Raevyn easily.
