Alright... let's see what I should cover in my paper.
1. Chinook Tribe - Who are they? - Where do they live? 2. Salmon - Traditions - Cultural importance - Types of Salmon 3. White settlers arrival - Building of dams - Built in tribal peoples' traditional fishing areas - Flooding of tribal areas resulting from dams 4. "Extinction" of tribe - Conflicts - Deaths, etc. - Where are the Chinook people today?

La di da...
Dad just told me that the heat we're having is causing the laminate (on our counters) to come unglued. surprised It's hard to believe that after 4 or 5 years, it decides to come unglued now. He wants to glue it down before someone catches any of it and breaks it.

Hmm... *reads through essay to decide what parts she wants to keep or not* I think this is the most revision I've had to do with a paper. *sighs*

I might just go back through the notes I took again, and start over again. It might be better to get a better organized look of things this way, than try to work with what I already written. Especially since I might still have the whole unfocused aspect from the original rough draft, if I keep a lot of the old stuff.
I think I'll do that instead. Especially since I'm planning on including the stuff about the dams this time around, where originally I cut that out in the rough draft.

I think my paper is starting to form into a better paper now that I've focused just on the salmon aspect, and not the entire diet of the Chinook tribe. 3nodding

Right now I'm thinking I may have to add a bit more information about the dams I discuss. Especially explain why the White settlers built the dams in the first place. Because right now it just seems random, other than mentioning that they were built where Chinook fishing areas once were.

Good afternoon!
It's another warm day today. Actually... I should rephrase that: It's another hot day today!
Currently it's 86.5 degrees Fahrenheit here at home. Probably hotter downtown. The weather forecast said that it could potentially get to 100 degrees today. I wonder if any place around here actually reached that temperature.

I'm finished rewriting the new version of my paper. Currently I'm reading through it again to make any corrections or errors that I may have made. smile Thankfully I still managed to stay in the 6 page requirement range, without having to do any more research. 3nodding
I can't wait to be done with this essay though...
