Don't worry i actually handed a work thinking that the BGM wasn't working and when prof checked it i heard music. weird.
So what are you trying to make functional

Let's see what I still have to do.
Slice image in a specific way
make a CSS style sheet with the font, font-colour, background colour and margins.
make the words into rollover buttons that fill up(like Intro) when rolled over and stay filled when on their respective page.
something something with a layer that I need to hide and let reappear..
insert intro, poems, music and youtube clips at their respective pages.

Thats easy. you select the area that you will be writing on and make it a scroll when it has more info.
Roll over button is easy but the words have to be an image one empty one filled and edit the roll over option with the images.
hide and reappear....?
inserts are easy
I use FrontPage for my webpage editing.
