 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn popped the piece of fish into Ashriel's mouth. He let her eat that before he ate the offered soup. He closed his eyes briefly, enjoying the flavor. "Salty." He said finally. "Like fish. But not quite. That's quite good though."  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel chewed her fish easily. "Yum." She said after finishing the bite of fish that Raevyn had fed her. Smiling, she went back to eating her own soup.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn chuckled lightly. "Alright. Seafood and chicken diet it is." He said with a smirk. Like any cat, he preferred them over other meats. That wasn't to say he didn't like other kinds though. "Might spice it up with the occasional ham or something though." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel finished her food, looking at Raevyn softly. She'd run out of her own money; she hoped that she remembered it was so. "We really need to get back to working..." She said quietly, wishing that she could pay for this herself. Or at least pay for something, even if he could cover it.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I know." He murmured. "I need to talk to Lucian, see what he thinks would be the best way to handle you girls. We really can't bring Jennalin near Sanctuary now." Secretly, he was beginning to wonder about bringing Ashriel too. If the display at the park was anything to go by, Jennalin wasn't the only one with budding powers. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel nodded, looking at Raevyn. She kicked her feet slightly, watching as the waitress came back with her flirty smile and the bill. Rolling her eyes, she sent another vicious glare at the waitress, obviously not in the mood for anyone else to flirt with Raevyn.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Now that he was paying attention, Raevyn could see what Ashriel meant about the waitress. He tapped her leg lightly with his foot, mouthing the words "be nice". To set her at ease though, he barely looked at the waitress as he paid, keeping most of his attention of Ashriel. The waitress left, a small pout on her face. "Ready to go?" He asked Ash quietly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel felt the tap on her leg and stopped her glare, looking at Raevyn. She nodded, grinning when the waitress left. "Yeah." She answered happily, knowing he would have to hold her close since she'd left her crutches at home.

Ashriel blushed as he pointed out her mood shift. "No..." She lied, happy to be close to him. The waitress mouthed 'oh' as she spotted them, now realizing the reason behind Ashriel's glare. Ash laughed, her eyes on Raevyn.

He told her, a teasing glint in his amber eyes despite the look on his face. He didn't even notice the waitress as they left. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel just barely noticed the little glint in his eye - she could tell he was teasing her. "No, you just don't WANT to know." She answered, grinning.
