The gold, brown, and blue really throw off the avatar. sicne the rest is black and wuite. perhaps one color accent would improve the avatar.

You need more blue, the halo doesn't match anything, and the lunar scythe has too much white. I would suggest using the dual scythe pose of the lunar scythe.
Also, the doves are needed for the ribbon, because the ribbon through the rings matches the book mark ribbon.

I can't think of anything that I'd add to that, and it's perfect the way it is nonetheless.
