Ayame stood on the abandoned tower of the shadow village. Well Nowe, looks like I'm going to have to follow through on my promise. I have enough medicine to last me a while. Once you're dead, I'll either move on or die. Either way I will see you fall dead at my feet. Ayame swore. He was still recovering from his injuries, thankfully the metal was helping, for now at least.
Zane sat on the mountain staring at the sky. I wonder what happens next? He thought to himself with a sigh. He felt like there was something missing from the whole ordeal. What am I missing? Zane thought glumly.

Nowe smiled, "Well that's good I guess." he said, his eye's closing for a moment before he forced them open. He was tired, but he had also missed his time with Kiri. "Hey..where's Zane? I thought he'd be here with you.....he's not mad at me is he?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "He disappears a lot. My guess is the mountain. He seems to like it there. As far as I know, he's not mad." Kiri said, then frowned as she remembered something. "I need to kick his a** later. He knew you were alive and didn't tell me!!!!" He voice rose until she was almost yelling, rising out of her chair in annoyance. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Kinuyama was suddenly in the window sill, holding a bag of treats and gifts. He held a big sign that read, "BANZAI" on it, and smiled warmly at Nowe.

Nowe looked over at Kinuyama, giving the man an odd look. "Umm...hi?" He said, looked down at the bag then back at Kiri. "Has he ever talked?" He looked back at the jonin, smiling back. "Thanks...for watching after the others. It's good to know they had the sense to bring a Jonin."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri stopped her yelling as she saw Kinuyama. She blinked in surprise at seeing him, then glanced at Nowe. "Not that I know of. His corpse clones talk but I've never heard him talk." She explained in a low voice. She blushed at Nowe's words. "Um.....We didn't, not really. He tagged along on his own. The only Jonin we thought to bring was Kin." She explained, embarrassed at her own lack of foresight. She hadn't been thinking very clearly as she gathered people up to find Nowe. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe gave Kiri an odd look, very very confused. "Kin? You don't mean the Kin from the shadow village do you?" He asked. He hadn't been around when she had switched sides, and he wasn't exactly in the line of communication while in the shadow.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri blinked in surprise at Nowe before she remembered he didn't know. "You know, that was my first thought too. But apparently she and Tayu made up or something. The Hokage let her stay as a Leaf Jonin." She frowned, crossing her arms. "I don't like it, not at all. But she did help Tayu, I'll give her that." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"That's right, she did help me," Tayu said, leaning against the doorway and standing with the aid of a crutch. Kohane's slug had helped heal her, but not enough for her to be fully healed by now. It had only been three days afterall. Tayu had been put in the room next door to Nowe's and had heard Kiri yelling and decided to come see what it was all about.
Kin came up beside Tayu and put a helping hand on her back. "Careful, Tayu," she said concernedly, then turned to face Kiri and Nowe, "We never really met outside of battle, did we, Nowe?" she asked, stepping forward and offering her hand for Nowe to shake if he decided to trust her. "I'm Kin Takahashi, formerly of the Village Hidden in Shadow, the supervising jonin of Team 2 and Tayu's mother. It's good to finally meet you in a relatively peaceful setting."

Nowe looked up in suprise as Kin appeared in the room. His first instinct was to jump out of bed in a defensive position, but a sudden pain in his shoulder caused him to pause. He then stared down at the womans hand, then looked up at her, then back down at the hand. "...ah...what the hell." He took her hand, "I guess I owe you my thanks.."

Now lets see what more I can learn about my Sharingan. Zane thought to himself as he headed into the woods to do some training. I'll bet Kiri still hates me. Zane thought with a sigh, feeling alone once again. He didn't feel that he should see Nowe since he hadn't been able to do anything to help his friend. I need to be better. Zane thought to himself.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri watched Kin warily but made no move to stop her. While she didn't like the woman - and probably never would - she did have to admit Kin had done well on the mission. And for that she was grateful. So she said nothing, letting Kin and Nowe talk, simply sitting in her chair. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Walking slowly back to her bed Kohane took up a resumed residence within it propping herself up with her pillow as she slowly pulled the covers over her legs. Giving a wince of pain she shook her head burns still marked her legs from the final jutsu that had been used where her slugs hadn't been able to protect her. Giving a small sigh Kohane shook her head a few times wondering where her team mates were at. Even tho they had there own injuries she would have hoped they would have come to visit her.

Suddenly a scroll appeared in the laps of each of the chosen sannin, containing messages that only they could read. Upon finishing, the scrolls would disapear.
Kiri's message: You have done well so far. A ninja must have strong ties to their friends. Those who break the rules are scum, those who abandon friends are worse then scum. Or so the saying goes. Now it is time for you to study the way of the toads. You will need to journey, on your own, and master to improve yourself.
Kohane;s message: You are a healer beyond your years. You have a strong will to protect others as well as defeat those that threaten them, and that is a well needed trait. You must journey on your own, and advanced your knowledge of protecting others.
