You download an Emulator, and then you download ROM's, you open the ROM's in the emulator, and you can play the game on your computer.

You can play any games you can find.
Some don't work with the newer ones though. I know some things don't work on my DS one.
Just google whichever emulators you want, it's not hard.
You can google ROM's too.
