Ashriel continued to think, shaking head. "No...I could never have a normal life, anyway." She answered quietly, still completely set on her original decision. She looked at it objectively for a moment, and she already knew that it wouldn't work. There really wasn't a choice there. "I couldn't walk away. No. I have no likely-hood of finding someone else. No. I couldn't leave the one person who is always constant." She said softly, yet strongly. "I can't walk away, Raevyn." She told him, positive now.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn couldn't help the small smile that graced his lips. "Still. You have three weeks. Think it over. Make sure. I'll live for over a thousand years Ashriel. This is not a decision to be taken lightly." He kissed her lips briefly. "Think it over. And then let me know. The decision always falls to the female. It must be her choice." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel smiled after he kissed her lips, wanting things to stay that way. She nodded, staying close to him. That was the other thing...this decision...it was the only one she could possibly make that was similar to it. "Alright...I'll give it a week to make sure." She answered, happy to have him. Really, she didn't believe that she would deny it, even after a week, but she'd give it time to be sure.
Jennalin chose just then to poke her head in. "Raevyn, would you come out and help Lucian with that thing I asked you about before?" She was, of course, referring to the television she'd gotten Ashriel.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Thank you." Raevyn murmured with a smile. "I want to make sure that you're sure. I don't want to force you." He glanced at Jennalin and grinned. "I'm coming." He kissed Ashriel's temple then let go of her, rising and leaving to the room to go help Lucian. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel lay back on the bed as Raevyn left, being led by Jennalin. She thought about what was happening and sighed. This...was how she had to make her decision. Once she was out of hearing, Jennalin had her own comment to insert. "Before you mate with her, if it does happen, I think you two should get married." She told him quietly, grinning at the times she remembered Ash dragging her into bridal shops. They met Lucian outside, standing on the truck bed next to a huge, wrapped box. The size of the television was obviously the largest that could fit in Ash and Raevyn's living room.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn looked at Jennalin suspiciously, then realized. "You were listening, weren't you?" He seemed genuinely angry. "That was a private conversation! And not one that involved you!" He hissed, annoyed that she would do that. This was between him and Ashriel, not Jennalin. His fists clenched, covering the mark on his palm. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Jennalin frown at him. "It wasn't on purpose! Really - I noticed I was and really tried to stop." Truth. "I don't know how to stop it." Lie. "But I tried to get it to stop, anyway." Truth.
Lucian looked at the two, raising his eyes at them. "Well, are we going to get this thing in there, or what?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn snarled at Jennalin but said nothing more. He stalked over to the tv, stopping at one end. "Let's get this up." He said in a growl. He was clearly not happy about Jennalin eavesdropping. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Jennalin went to being quiet, walking ahead of the males inside. She plopped herself down on the couch as Lucian lifted the other end of the tv outside. He led Raevyn into the door, bringing it carefully towards the living room.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn was quiet as he followed Lucian into the living room. He helped settle the tv, then glanced at Lucian. "Call her in? Or let her find it on her own?" He asked quietly. His amber gaze flickered towards the bedroom, showing who he was talking about. "She's just had a fair shock." e said, opening his hand to show the other cat his palm. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Lucian raised his eyebrows at the mark. "So the fates finally did something for you two. Maybe now Jennalin will stop griping around the house about how she thinks that the fates have something against Ash." He said softly, smiling. Ashriel was his sister as much as Jennalin was - it just wasn't legally. He thought of her more as his sister, and he was pretty sure that Ashriel considered them all family. "How about we set up a breakfast, then call her in." He suggested, knowing that Ashriel would be unnerved.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "The Fates have a sick sense of humor." Raevyn said with a shrug. At Lucian's suggestion, he nodded. "Sounds good." He padded into the kitchen and began gathering his ingredients, setting to work making pancakes. He calmed down, the ordinary work soothing him. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Lucian nodded in agreement, following Raevyn into the kitchen. He peeked through their cabinets curiously, trying to figure out what he could add. "When was the last time you two got groceries?" He commented on the pantry, which was quickly growing sparse. It looked as if the only new items they had were the milk and eggs Luke brought over once or twice a week as payment for watching his sister and Ash - not that he'd say the reason why.
[|-|+I really need to start marking important traits...such as the fact that in the beginning Jennalin was this fantastic cook, then suddenly she was the worst cook on earth. Plot hole much? ehhhhhh, I am not sure whether or not she should be good at cooking now+|-|]

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn shrugged, looking thoughtful. "About the time we moved in. I know we need to go again, but I just haven't really had a chance with everything that's been happening. Now that her cast is off, I plan to go shopping soon." He was quiet for a minute, then added, "And I need to get back to work pretty quick. Ashriel doesn't want to admit it, but we need the income."

Lucian nodded. "Do you intend on letting her work?" He asked, referring to the incident at the park that he'd been told about. He was now examining a loaf of bread for mold. Satisfied that it was alright, he began making toast to go with the pancakes.
