I run on the treadmill for 10 to 15 minutes each morning (or try to at least), then go to the gym with a group for almost 2 hours Sun-Fri. We switch up the parts of the body we work on each day, being sure to skip about 2 days between each part (lower body, upper, abs, etc) We make sure to get in 10 minutes of cardio after the workout as well. I've lost 30 lbs since January.

I don't do much at all.

I will walk my dogs at least once a day for 30 minutes, minimum. And I work 2 times a week from 9-2pm which I'm walking a lot, sometimes lifting some boxes that do take some muscle.

So not too much...

6-7 days/week I go for a 25-30 min walk
3-4 days/week I do a 10-15 min strength workout with 5 lb weights

I know I need to be more active, but it's kind of hard here where it's really hot outside and when you don't have the means to have a gym membership. sweatdrop

I used to go 3-4 days a week, 1-2 hour max. But now its reduced to 2 days a week, 30 minutes...Ive become lazy, I think it has to do with the BBQ, soda and other food every sat n sun at party gatherings, It happens EVERY sat n sun and Ive just started joining into that stuff.

6 days a week usaully around 2-3 hours each time biggrin except for one day it's only around 30 minutes-45 minutes

I'm a soccer referee for my job, and I ref around eight to ten games a week and try to run a mile a night on the treadmill if possible. I probably run around 15 or so miles a week.

I usually run for an hour 3 times a week, and ride my bike an hour 4 times a week. 100 sit ups every day!

Because of gymnastics about 24 hours a week

God I hate it, meybe 10 hours but bleh 24?

I started to excercise again. I been doing brisk walk for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week.

During the Summer, MAybe 5 times a week, and during school I go maybe 2 times a week, lol . I usually stay at my YMCA for maybe at least 2 hours, and at most 7 hours...By the way I am 13...and in the Eighth Grade
